Margaret Wallace (CEO)
Margaret Wallace is an entrepreneur, gaming and media executive, with experience in both original IP and leveraging big brands in new ways. A recognized expert in the growing field gamification, she is also co-founder of Playmatics a company dedicated to bringing rich games and applications on the Internet, in social media networks, and on a variety of connected gaming platforms. Prior to forming Playmatics, Margaret was Founder / CEO of Rebel Monkey and Skunk Studios, one of the first-ever casual game companies and game portals.

Nick Fortugno (CCO)
Nick is an American game designer and educator. He is perhaps best known for designing Diner Dash, a top-selling casual game developed by Gamelab, and the award-winning Ayiti: The Cost of Life. Since 2002, Nick has taught the Game Design and Interactive Narrative program at Parsons The New School for Design. He is Founder / CCO of Playmatics.

Philippe Trawnika (CFO)
Prior to joining Shadow Government Inc., Philippe was working as an investment manager at Bridgeworks, a Swiss based investment boutique and as a strategy consultant in a global business consulting firm. He is an entrepreneur by heart and has been involved in starting up new companies in Switzerland and abroad.
